Pricing Policy

• Recovery and towing services start from £80–£90, depending on:
  • Vehicle condition
  • Location
  • Accessibility
  • Nature of the job

Final pricing may increase based on the actual situation upon arrival.

Call-Out Fee - Out of Hours

• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 - normal pricing, no call-out fee
• Out of hours: 18:00–09:00 and weekends - a £99 call-out fee applies
• Mileage charges may also apply depending on the location of the job

Additional Charges - Stuck, Bent or Missing Wheels

• Where a vehicle has bent, damaged or missing wheels requiring the use of dollies or skates, an additional charge of £75 per wheel applies
• Where extra time is required due to the complexity of the situation, additional time charges will apply

Additional Charges - No Key

• Where a vehicle has no key and requires dollies, skates or specialist equipment to load, additional charges apply for equipment and time

Ditch & Off-Road Recovery Pricing

• Recovery from a ditch, embankment, field, or any off-road situation starts from £150
• Pricing can reach £800 or more depending on the complexity of the extraction, time of day, equipment required, and overall time on site

Accurate Information Requirement

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote.

If:

• The vehicle condition is misrepresented
• Important details are omitted
• The situation is different from what was described

👉 Additional charges will apply, and/or

👉 Your deposit or up to 80% of the total quoted price may be retained

This covers time, fuel, dispatched staff, and equipment usage.

Cancellation Policy

• Once a booking is confirmed and resources have been dispatched:
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • If full payment has been made, up to 80% of the total may be retained

This applies to cancellations after:

• Booking confirmation
• Job details provided
• Dispatch initiated

Media & Advertising Consent

By using our services, you agree and consent that:

• Your vehicle may be photographed or recorded
• Content may be used for:
  • Social media
  • Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Entertainment purposes

We will not disclose personal identifying information unless legally required.

Non-Payment Policy

Failure or refusal to pay for services rendered will result in:

• Vehicle being impounded and stored
• Release only upon full payment clearance

Payment Notice:

• Bank transfer (BACS): must be completed 12–24 hours before collection
• Faster transfer: must be completed a few hours prior

Delays in payment = delays in release.

Storage Fees

Storage charges apply as follows:

• £25/day – first 7 days
• £50/day – next 7 days
• £75/day – thereafter (up to 60–90 days)

If:

• Storage + recovery costs exceed vehicle value - We reserve the right to take further action to recover losses.
